Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag 1954

In 1954, President Eisenhower approved an amendment to the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States. The words, "under God" were inserted. This antiqued parchment poster features the altered pledge, explanatory text and the signature of Dwight D. Eisenhower.
